CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Through this consent to processing your personal data, you give Výměna-displeje.cz s.r.o. consent to process your personal data for the purpose of sending out commercial messages (marketing offers) and for undertaking other marketing activities with regard to you.  2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent hereby given to the controller within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 a) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”).

 3. PURPOSE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The purpose for processing your personal data is to send out commercial messages and undertake other marketing activities by the controller towards you.

3.2. There is no automated individual decision-making undertaken by the controller within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.

 4. DURATION FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS KEPT

4.1. The duration for which your personal data will be kept by the controller is 5 years from 25.5.2018, or until the withdrawal of your consent to process personal data (for this purpose of processing) at the latest.

 5. OTHER PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS

5.1. Other recipients of your personal data shall be persons securing marketing services for the controller, and subjects undertaking accounting management services.

5.2. The controller does not intend to provide your personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.

 6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

6.1. You are entitled to request from the controller access to your personal data, the rectification or erasure of your personal data, or the restriction of its processing, to lodge an objection to processing your data and you also have the right to portability of your personal data under the terms and conditions stated in the Regulation.

6.2. You are entitled at any time to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by the processor. This does not, however, affect the legality of the processing of your personal data before such withdrawal of consent. 6.3. If you think that the processing of your personal data has breached or is in breach of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.4. You are not obliged to supply your personal data. Supplying your personal data is not a legal or contractual requirement and neither it is a requirement necessary for concluding a contract.

6.5. You can lodge an objection to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling if such profiling is in regard to such direct marketing, at any time. If you lodge an objection to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes
