2. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA


2.1. The legal basis for processing your personal data is the fact that this processing is essential in order to:

2.1.1. fulfil a contract between you and the controller, or in order to take stapes at your request prior to entering into a contract within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 b) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the “Regulation”);

2.1.2. comply with a legal obligation which applies to the controller within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 c) of the Regulation, specifically in particular in order to comply with an obligation to which the controller is subject in generally binding regulations, in particular Act no. 235/2004 Coll. on value added tax as amended, Act no. 586/1992 Coll. on income taxes as amended, and Act no. 563/1991 Coll. on Accountancy as amended.

3. PURPOSE FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA


3.1.The purpose for processing your personal data is to fulfil the contract between you and the controller, including delivering goods and dealing with rights in regard to liability for faults, or in order for the controller to take steps prior to entering into such a contract, and further in order to fulfil the controller’s related public obligations.

3.2. There is no automated individual decision-making undertaken by the controller within the meaning of Art. 22 of the Regulation.

4. DURATION FOR WHICH PERSONAL DATA IS KEPT


4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration the rights and obligations in the contract are in effect, and further for a period necessary for archiving or for relevant generally binding regulations, but at most for the period determined by generally binding legislation.

5. OTHER PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS


5.1. Other recipients of your personal data shall be delivery companies and other persons involved in delivering your goods or implementing payments on the basis of your purchase contract, and persons securing technical services for the controller related to running an online store, including running software and storing data. Other recipients of your personal data shall be subjects providing accounting management services.

5.2. Recipients of your personal data processed in order to ensure fulfilment of obligations arising from legislation may also be tax authorities or other government authorities where the controller is required to provide this data according to generally binding legislation.

5.3. The controller does not intend to provide your personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organisation.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS


6.1. You are entitled to request from the controller access to your personal data, the rectification or erasure of your personal data, or the restriction of its processing, to lodge an objection to processing your data and you also have the right to portability of your personal data under the terms and conditions stated in the Regulation.

6.2. If you think that the processing of your personal data has breached or is in breach of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6.3. You are not obliged to supply your personal data. Supplying your personal data is essential in order to enter into and fulfil the contract, and without supplying your personal data we cannot enter into the agreement, or the controller will be unable to fulfil it.
