How do we handle complaints?

We deal with returns fast

If the goods are in stock, we’ll replace the goods within one day!

Where to send?

We deal with returns in as short a turn-around time as possible. We send back new goods as replacement on the day we receive them and assess the return, or on the following working day – if we have it in stock. If not in stock, returns are normally deal with within 10 days.
